I had a great time during my stay. the hot breakfast was a delightful surprise, especially the pancake conveyor belt, and the pool was perfect for a private family splash! However, the housekeeping could have been better.

I was disappointed to find leftover food in the fridge, which was quite unpleasant. However, the staff was quick to respond when I finally reached them for assistance.

I stayed in the Standard King Room. It was pretty spacious and had a modern vibe. The shower was nice and clean, but the overall room could've used more lighting—felt a bit dim at times. The bed was comfy, though, which made it easier to unwind and sleep well. No major complaints, just little tweaks would make it perfect!

Had a great time with my friends! We loved exploring the Arboretum of South Barrington for shopping and dining. We enjoyed visiting Cabela's for some outdoor gear. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room we booked was misrepresented. we thought we were getting a two-bedroom suite but ended up with one room that barely fit us all comfortably.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired!!! An unpleasant odor lingered in the halls, and maintenance of common areas seems overlooked. The poor Wi-Fi connection made working challenging, and it would be nice if the parking situation improved for busy times!!!

Friendly staff, clean hotel, and a convenient location made my stay enjoyable. Deanna helped resolve a reservation issue with great care, and the indoor swimming pool was a great bonus for the kids.

the reception staff at holiday inn express & suites chicago, hoffman estates were super friendly and helpful. after a small issue with my first room, they quickly moved me to a freshly cleaned room. also, they helped fix a mistake with my ihg membership. location is close to all suburbs.
